Veseu is a storefront platform for merchants. There is no checkout for a store customer and no marketplace. The sale in a store is between the customer and the store. The merchant’s software subscription is a separate document. These documents describe how the product actually works.

• Terms

  These terms apply to anyone who opens a store on Veseu (the merchant) and to use of veseu.com. Customers who buy in a store are also covered by the purchase terms.

• Subscription and refunds

  This document applies to the business that pays for the Veseu software. It does not apply to a customer who buys in a store.

• Privacy

  This policy covers the Veseu site, the merchant dashboard, and stores hosted on Veseu. It matches how the product actually works and Israel’s Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981 (including Amendment 13).

• Accessibility

  Veseu aims for an accessible site and stores under Israel’s Equal Rights for People with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 5773-2013, and WCAG 2.1 Level AA as a direction.

• Buying in a store

  If you opened a store on veseu.com (for example name.veseu.com), you are buying from the business that runs that store, not from Veseu.

These documents describe the service as it runs. They are not legal advice and they do not replace a lawyer. If a translation conflicts with the Hebrew text, the Hebrew text prevails.
